Try Toshiba's support page download section. They have a 7140 model and a 7000 model, so I am not sure which range your model would match. Here is the user manual for the 7000 model with Windows NT or Windows 95

all are not same but you buy through ebay you cant replace it go the shop and verfy onces

they should be the same the close number just means that they revised something... most laptops have builtin wi fi but if it doesnt just buy a cheapie usb or pc slot card! I would NOT reccomend that you install windows vista on your pc.....there are still yet too many problems with them and you will have A VERY hard time getting drivers that are compatible

as far as the rest of the specs... ask the seller! they should know or see if it says on the ebay auction page
