I want to know if anybody knows how to hook up a amplifier to a 98 chevy blazer. I have the factory raido in it and i dont know how to hook up the amp to the raido. Do i just hook up the speaker wires to the amp? or is there a plug in the back of the raido I have to plug the amp into?

Buy the aftermarket harness for it. Within the harness there should be a wire that says power ant or remote. Splice a wire to that and run it back to your remote turn on.
if the noise only happens when the vehicle is in motion...check the front suspension. place the jack under lower control arm ,then get a bar and lift up on the tire..ball joint issues are well known in blazers and cause this condition. if it does the rattle noise when its idling and to op temp--could be the cat converter causing the noise on pass side directly under passenger seat. when cold, smack the cat with rubber mallet and if any rattle is present, cat should be replaced so it dont cause further damage .hope that was helpful !!
they are your speeker wires. the best the to do is to hook up the colors that are the same color to the color wires on the back of the radio. dont hook them all up at once two colors at a time.by doing this it will let you know what speaker you have hooked up.
If you have a wiring harness, its alot eaiser to hook up cuz all you do is match the colors there all color coated, if interested go to this website---- http://us.nine.ebid.net/perl/auction.cgi?auction=1220395592-29367-2711&mo=auction&from=froogle Or go to any electronics store, bestbuy or circuit city all carries wirring harness's you could have it hooked up less then 5 mins and you wount blow a fuse
I once took off the factory radio from my s10 99 chev blazer... to install an MP3 player... Then I sold the Mp3 player and had to reinstall the factory radio back on my blazer... It asked me for a code... and I didn't know where to find it... So I entered the year of my truck "1999" and it unlocked it. Try entering the Year of the model! It should work.
