Question about EliteGroup ECS 755-A2 Motherboard
Remove the rtc battery and try again.
Also check for bad cappacitors. If you find some like the image below, you need to replace them.

Switch all power off and remove power cable then reset the cmos by moving the jumper on the motherboard located near the battery :)
