"Ymail," a division of Yahoo!, is not the same as the Yahoo! email service. The main different revolves around the URL at the end of your email address. Instead of "@yahoo.com" these addresses are written as "@ymail.com." This slight variation might confuse you about how to log into your Ymail account. The login instructions are similar to that of Yahoo! mail. Additionally, you can recover your ID or password if you have forgotten it.
Visit the Yahoo! login page by typing "ymail.com" into the URL bar. This takes you to both the Yahoo! email sign in and the Ymail sign in. Type your username into the "Yahoo! ID" box. This is the part of your email address that comes before "@ymail.com." Type in your password. If your password doesn't work, or you don't remember it, choose the blue "I Can't Access My Account" from the bottom of the sign in box. Choose the option that describes your situation best. Options include: "I Forgot My Password", "My Password Doesn't Work", "I Forgot My Yahoo! ID" and "My Account May Have Been Compromised". Press "Next." Follow the on-screen directions to set a new password or recover your ID.
if it asks for a pasword after it boots up ...and before entering in the welcome screen of windows..it means that it has a user password made by you ..or someone else...and you will have to ask the one that made it ...or you need to reinstall the operation system and the password will be gone.. If it is made by mistake ..and it do not have a password try to hit enter and will log in ...In this case the welcome screen was replaced with the log in screen and this is the reason that makes this be displayed.. if it asks for a password and it is new..and the password is displayed when you want to install it ..you have to contact the seller or the manufacturer for the initial code.. also ..some laptops have a power on password and if you forgot it ..you will have to remove the bios battery so to make it "forgot it "

The first thing you can try to do is login via the main Administrator account....usually there is not a password set on this account and it will allow you to remove the password on the account you forgot the password to.....follow these steps
Using The Admin account:
Shut down the computer
Start the computer
As soon as the computer powers on tap the F8 key on the keyboard
You will see a black screen with white lettering and a bunch of options , selct the top option which says "Safe Mode"
Windows will load (and everything will look huge on the screen but that is ok!). When you get to the "Welcome!" screen you should see the administrator account...click on it to log in
Now you should be in Windows , to remove your password on the account you forgot:
Click the "Start" button
Click "Control Panel"
Double Click on the "User Accounts" Icon
Click on the account you want to remove the password from
Click the link that says "Remove Password"
Restart the computer
Now you should be able to log directly into your account with no password. Once in the accoun tyou can follow the steps above to set a new password , instead of removing password @ step 5, click "Set New Password"
