Question about Panasonic PV-GS500 Camcorder
UGH!!! I have a Panasonic NV-GS500 camcorder and the USB cable. I have plugged the camera into my laptop and cranked up the wonderful Motion DV Studio software to import my video and the computer is not recognizing the video. It will take my pictures that are stored on an SD card within my camcorder, open them, and allow me to edit. Why won't it recognize the camcorder WITH the video that is on the tape??? I can't make any sense out of the manual and desparately need to get this video on computer! Please help!!
Hi, I had the same problem and found it was an issue with my non- licensed Microsoft XP software. I bought a new copy of XP and the camera was located without issue.
