Based on your statement I can see three (3) possible problems:
1] Your CD player is not connected properly to your power supply or something is eating the voltage coming to your CD player. To fix this possible problem you have to check the connection of your CD player to the power supply, you must check if the voltage of your car's battery and compare it to the voltage coming to your CD player and be sure it is not bypassed by any other connection. To be sure there is no other connection bypassing your CD player, connect it directly to your car's battery or you may use an independent battery for the CD player.
To do this, connect the +wire of your CD player to the +terminal of your baterry, and then the -wire of your CD player to the-terminal of your car's battery.
2] Another possible problem that I can see is that there is an overload in your car's circuits. The possible solution is that you remove other component that is connected to your car's battery.
3] Another possible problem is that your car's battery is low in voltage already. The possible solution is to recharge your car's battery or buy a new one.
4] Another possible problem is that their is loose connection within the CD player that is triggered by the car's movement. The possible solution is to check the internal connections of your CD player. If something is loose you must connect it firmly.

I hope I solved your problem.

DO you have any engine codes still remaining? IF car restarts right away its gonna be tricky finding out what is dropping out. Engine codes are the best clue to start the hunt for problem. From experience however, I have had a few of these come in for same symptom. There are two wires that run from Ignition module/coil pack to the crank sensor, insulation falls off and they melt to each other or to hot engine, intermittent short disruption of signal, hence car stalls whenever wherever and restarts right away.

Sounds like a possible clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pump. The system provides and initial extra pressure to pressurize the system then pump pressure drops to normal. If pressure is low or filter clogged decreasing available volume the symptoms you describe are the result.

First scan the PCM for trouble codes using a hand held engine scanner, Then repair codes by replacing failed sensor as needed.  If no codes are present try replacing the idle air control motor.
Auto Zone will scan your car for codes for free so you know what your going to have to replace and they do have a how to do it your self instructions to what your going to replace.
Good luck and hope this helps
