Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hi I am at my whits end trying to crop a photo on my sonny cybershot DSC W800! Can someone please let me know how it's done thanks Kris

Cropping a photo in a camera? I never have seen a camera with this option. You use a zoom, or go close or far, to frame the picture before you shoot. Or for a crop you use a computer.
Sorry, but I think you want a function from your camera, what not is build in it.

Access to retouch photo program.

Drivers and manuals can be found here:

I am not sure if the CanoScan has a retouch program with it, but if you use Windows, you probably have Picture Manager which will let you retouch and resize and crop picture. Right-click the image you would like to open and select open with Picture Manager

Automatic Cropping...

Before turning off the autocrop feature, reset the software to the default setting. Then turn off the autocrop feature. Some scanning software need to be reset to the original default condition and accept software switches only then!
