How do I clean the rollers on a canon DR-3080CII The paper seems to be slipping a little.

Lightly dampen a cloth with water or rubbing alcohol. Gently rub across the roller side-to-side, rotate a little, and continue until you've gone all the way around. The most important rollers are the 3 at the paper feeding area  (2 top & 1 bottom). The bottom roller will be harder to turn than the top 2. Just be gentle & patient to avoid tearing the rubber. Frequent light cleanings are better than waiting for problems to crop up.

Lost the manual

You can download the scanning guide here:

http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=119&modelid=6624#DownloadDetailAct

Run the installer, then double click the index.html file to load the table of contents.
Good Luck (you may need to search for 'LiDE2030' if you can't find where you downloaded and extracted the files)

Access to retouch photo program.

Drivers and manuals can be found here:

I am not sure if the CanoScan has a retouch program with it, but if you use Windows, you probably have Picture Manager which will let you retouch and resize and crop picture. Right-click the image you would like to open and select open with Picture Manager

Automatic Cropping...

Before turning off the autocrop feature, reset the software to the default setting. Then turn off the autocrop feature. Some scanning software need to be reset to the original default condition and accept software switches only then!
