My coolpixS4300 is slow recovering after a shot, how do I fix this ?

There are three possibilities that I can think of.
1. You are using flash, and it's taking time to recharge. Try turning off the flash; even if your pictures are blurry, does it fix the time problem? If so, you need to charge the flash faster: try a better brand/type of battery (if this camera uses a custom LiION battery, my apologies, this isn't relevant).
2. How fast is your memory card? If you can borrow a faster one, give it a try to see if the improvement is worth the investment.
3. Are you making the mistake of thinking that you have to wait for the display to go back? Most cameras display your photo for a few seconds for review, and then revert to showing a live view. You don't have to wait! Just go ahead and take the next photo - if you want to see the live view on the screen, half-press the shutter.

P.S. some cameras of this brand have features (e.g. shake reduction technology) that improve the quality of the shots, but take a lot of processing time, making the camera seem slow. Test to see if this is the problem by making sure there's a lot of light (dark pictures take longer to process) and that the camera is steady. Learning to hold the camera very still while you shoot may get you better photos, while speeding things up as well! Brace the camera on something solid and take a picture in bright sun - if it seems really fast, that was your problem, and there's not really a lot you can do.

MAKING ICE TOO SLOW

A lot of times, the reason ice production slows down is because the freezer isn't cold enough, usually because the freon level of the machine is low. Sounds weird, but even though the freezer is below 32 degrees F, which is freezing, the ice maker requires the temperature be below 10 to function properly. Another cause for the temperature not being cold enough is if the coils are dirty and ther machine is passing the heat to the machine itself

Hello,

The problem is not from the inverter of the laptop. It is the module that is faulty, the module is like a flex in the laptop that assists in getting information from the motherboard to the screen, if it is faulty, it will start showing weird colors or start having some screen malfunctions.

Have the module replaced and the laptop will be in good condition once again. I had such experience with my HP530 and i replaced the module, trust me it worked perfectly fine.

Take care and good luck

How can i unhighlite the text in macbook word 2008

JUST READ THROUGH
Just wondering if anyone else was having issues with Microsoft Word from MS Office 2008, where you open the application, you type a few sentences, and the application freezes with the spinning circle of death that won't go away until you click the dock where it says "application not responding" and do a force-quit? You can leave the circle spinning for 10-20-30 minutes, and it never goes away.

Now for the weird part--this error only happens for me when I'm using a specific document on my computer. I can open Word, start a new document, type several paragraphs of text, and it works fine. But I've been working on an existing paper for about two months that all of a sudden started causing these freezes/crashes when editing it. It's about 30 pages roughly, no images, no big inserts that would take up a lot of memory (116 kb in size). And up until today, there were no problems. So why all of a sudden can't I edit anything on this paper without freezing the program?! I downloaded the Microsoft Office 2008 Service Pack 1 that was just released after this problem started, and ran all the recent Java and program updates through Software Update with computer restarts. I even copied the text from the Word document I was working on, pasted it into a new document, tried saving it as both .doc and .docx, and again the program still freezes when working with that text in a new file. This one baffles me. It's like the text within a document is somehow freezing the application. One thing I did notice is that the freezes seem to happen when I'm scrolling using a mouse wheel. Not always, but quite a bit. I suppose this is some memory issue related to several pages of text that the program can't render or process when you add new lines of text or scroll, but again, I can't figure why this paper I've been working on for months all of a sudden decided to start freezing Word today. Can you really only have 30 double-spaced pages of text in Word before it crashes?

Looks like I've found my reason to switch to Open Office, since I'm 3-4 days out from a

96' toyota corolla Exhaust Manifold Keeps Cracking

Sounds weird that this problem keep occurring over and over. Does it crack in the same spot every time?

Only two things I can think of that would cause this problem.
1. Extensive over heating, I've seen a exhaust manifold get glowing red hot because of a bad oxygen sensor.

2. Excessive Vibration. The whole exhaust line to the back of the car is moving around too much or too stiff. The exhaust line needs to move around enough to take the movement/vibration of the engine. I would check out for bad motor mounts and worn out exhaust pipe mounts.

Startup windows

First do a general cleaning then delete any programs from start up that you don't need. Delete any un needed dectop icons.

The biggest problem for slow start ups is because of a corrupt or bloated registry. You need to clean and repair it.

Windows is looking for programs that are no longer there or corrupted, the default time for windows OS to wait is 30 seconds before it gives up and moves on. So if you have a lot of bad registry files this will really slow a computer down. A lot more info can be found here - http://registry-repair-program-reviews.com

Slow Printing under Adobe CS3 in OS X 10.4 environment

I had the same issue with 3 users and was able to solve it with a really easy fix. Set the dock to hide itself. I know it sounds weird, but there's a new print progress bar added to the CS3 icons, and that seems to be where the problem is caused. I'm assuming you have an Intel Mac?

HP PSC1350 All-In-One Printer

This printer prints at a really slow 1.4 PPM, and if it's doing that, it means that the buffer in the printer is full and it must print what it has in memory before recieving more of the page, if it's a really high resolution picture, it can take forever to print. This isn't a defect at all, it's just something that you can't fix that makes this printer useless for an office. I have this printer too, I usually just go do something while it does its thing...
