You have to drag and drop your files to the appropriate folder. videos go in the movie folder. don't know if that is where you put it but the player will find the file if it's in the right place. Read your booklet. I have had no problems with it at all except not being able to afford to buy software had to download a conversion software and have to use two programs for files in mp4 format.

My suggeste that you should try using a different wedsite to download video's because maybe that wedsite doesnt work for your device.

I cant put videos on my mp3.

Hi!

Your player supports only the MTV video file type...
To convert your videos to the MTV file type, use MTV Video Converter OR the bundled Coby Media Manager (CMM) software (if you don't have it, download it from here)!

If you are satisfied, rate my solution with 4 "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.

Best regards,
Pelu.

My Coby mp601 8gb won't play the converted mtv videos, says "format not recognized", what's up with that???

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses. Having problems transfering movie files to my mp3 player

Your player only supports .mtv video files.

You can find a file converter at - avs4you.com

...or search for a file / file extension (to .mtv) converter online.

Sir please connect your device to your computer and see if any indication is shown on the display of your mp3 player
if yes then open my computer and a new device will appear under the removable devices...please open it and if there is a folder named mp3 to music then also open it and copy paste all music you want

If not then please make sure in the settings of the device that USB is set to MASS STORAGE MODE

CONVERT MOVIE FILE TOMTV.FILE THROUGH MTV CONVERTER

This may be due to codecs. You need to install the video codecs to your system.
The video convertor supports most of the video format 3gp, wmp, and more.
But it won't support .flv format.

Cheers...!!!
