Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The ADF on my HP laserjet 3380 skews the paper to the right while pulling it into the machine. I am confident that it is not a software issue. I am hoping to replace individual parts, not the entire ADF.
It sounds like the rollers need to be cleaned in your ADF. Please make sure there isn't any torn paper or labels in the path of the ADF. Try qtips and some water to clean rollers. If you have roller cleaner that would be great or 91% alcohol but be very careful with the alcohol. DO NOT use anything below 91% because it can cause damage to the rollers. If this does not work you will need to replace the rollers in the ADF. Good luck.
