Here is a great place to start. Enter your product, series then model and it should point you in the right direction. Here is the link.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Is there a sound driver for windows xp pro as the downloaded driver from asus main website only says xp and wont work Asus Terminator Barebones A7vT Sound max

Usually, you get the drivers for XP, Vista, etc. The XP version should be fine enough for you. If you are not able to get your audio even after installing the driver, then the issue could be something else. If you are able to see the speaker ICON on your task-bar, then this means that the sound is enabled.

Windows corrupt and driver set

Hi,

Re your queries:
1. "Is their any possible way to save my data from the other operating system which I can currently use?" - possibly

2. Also, can any one help me to attain the drivers for ASUS z91?
Most of the needed drivers for an Asus Z91E are available at the Asus Website > http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=Z91E

Most corrupt files in Windows would not delete your Japanese My Documents. What would probably be gone would be ntldr, hal, various dlls and sys files but most of your .doc would remain intact.  If you can boot using the English Win XP Pro and presuming you have 2 different usernames 1 for the Japanese and another 1 for the XP Pro, then chances are that you can still access the Japanese My Documents. It may not be shown but it should be there under the Japanese username.

Assumng you have administrator privileges, Click on Start, Control Panel, Folder Options, View, tick: Show hidden files & folders, untick hide extensions for known file types, untick hide protected operating system files.

This should expose what were hidden before. Of course it is a different problem altogether if you have the 2 OSes installed on 2 different partitions.

Hope this be of some help. Post back how things turn out or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Try re installing the usb2 drivers from the motherboard drivers. Although they will not show up as as usb 2 in the device properties, use sisoft sandra (free download), as this will show them as high speed or usb2.
