Adjust picture tubes

I have the RCA MM61110 it works fine after replaceing three picture tubes. Unless I use the high def, The outer part of the picture is fuzzy on all four sides. I had a tech there but could not figure it out. I think he just sucked. Is there a way to adjust the tubes. I know there is an option from the menu to adjust the picture but not the way it needs to be adjusted. Any info would help.

If all 3 crt's were replaced it sounds like something was not reassembled properly. There is a chance that the mech. focus on the crt lens need to be adjusted, or the mirror is not in the right position or it is possible that the convergence is not properly aligned.
