This motherboard will only use 2 Gig for a limited set of mem cards. Try using only 1 card it should boot with either of your cards. I bought 2 gigs of aproved Kingston memory aftger having this problem myself.

The DDR IS THE RAM , the processor and the ram and a good motherboard work and produce a beep,
remove the processor and the ram, get other working processor and the ram and try on your system, it works troubleshoot the removed processor and ram to find out the bad one and it does not work, your motherboard is dead.

  • Hello gymahesh, this is a problem that can be fixed by "Uninstalling the USB Device," and then Installing it again. You can go to the "Website" [below] where you can "Download and Update the [USB] devices" They will be reinstalled, and the [Sata HDD] should be recognized. To "Uninstall the USB device;" do the following: Go back to the USB with the "Explantion Marks [!!!] or 'Warning.' Next, 2x click to open the "Properties" window, and select the "Driver" button. Now, choose the "Uninstall" button. Once the Uninstall is finished; click on the "OK" button. Restart the Computer. Next go to the "Manufacturer's Website" to get the USB Device Drivers" install them, and "Restart the Computer" again! That should fix the problem. "I hope this information is helpful? If the computer is turning on but the monitor is not getting a signal it sounds like your video card is bad. Fairly easy and inexpensive fix. If you could supply the make and model of your computer I could let you know the card you need and supply installation instructions.

Installed the board, scren displays message no signal and stays black. no peeps or beeps. usb has power so do drives and signal leds

Check the cable between your monitor and computer. If this is a new install and you have added a graphics card, you will need to boot up once using the on-board VGA. Doing so will allow you to turn off the on-board VGA in the BIOS. Then you can shut down and move the monitor cable to the new graphics card and reboot.

Blank display, machine seems to boot ok but display is blank.

If you hear your computer beep once then your system has no problem. If it does'nt show a display, try to check the power of your monitor, if it has power. Check the power cords and also the vga connection.

Hmm? Everything except replacing the motherboard, sometimes it does not get any better, but...go into your BIOS and turn off the Gateway splash screen. It will be an option in maybe the first or second menu choice. Make sure your on board video device is disabled and save your options when exiting. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.

My Pc wont boot no signal in my monitor Help!

May be your in second HDD, you didn't set the jumper up. There are some more settings you will have to configure in the BIOS menu. in the BIOS, you should set the primary HDD as the master and the second(newer HDD) as the secondary. Then it should boot without any problem but if the problem persists I don't know what to do next.
