Was driving up a hill car lost momentum then started drifting backward was making a noise. will shift into other gears but will not go in drive reverse or either low gear kinda like it is always in neutral

inferior pads or improperly installed. it could be that they just need to conform to the disc and the sound will go away, but you should find out that everything else is ok. if you got one of those brake jobs with a lifetime warranty, then its definitely because of the pad material.
The clicking noise is probably the starter solenoid. It sits on top of the starter. It has two large terminals, one from the battery and one to the starter. Jump these with a large screwdriver, make sure the car is in neutral or park and the ingition is off. If the starter turns then the solenoid is faulty.
The front should be even with the rear. If it is low, the most likely cause is worn out struts. The repair should cost ~$200. Don't try to do it yourself as you need some specialized tools.
It is probably your lifters sticking. Check your engine oil level and if thats fine, then add some oil detergent/additive that says it will "reduce engine knock and free sticky lifters" run with that additive for a couple hundred miles or until the noise gets better. then replce your oil after that without using the additive
