hello, i'm having problems with my sansa player. it is refurbished. i loaded music onto it but then it wouldn't show up once unplugged from the computer. everytime i turn my sansa on a notice comes up that says "not enough space for music DB. please free 6MB." however, i do not understand this because after seeing this notice i deleted everything off of it trying to free space, but the notice is still there. i tried loading some songs back on but again the notice would come up and it would say i had zero songs on my player. how can i fix this. or what does it even mean?? THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- hey, thank you very much.. i donno maybe it is a virus and mine is just really bad...i tried it multiple times but it never worked.. once in recovery mode it wouldnt do anything else.. so i would turn it off and restart it and the same notice would come up...maybe im still doing something wrong?? but either way thank you very much for trying!!!!!! i hope yours works..
-   My sandisk c150 2.0 GB mps player says it has no music on now and comes up this two opening screens that say, "MTP DB mismatch format?" and "no space for DB please delete more than .4 DB.
What do i do? I saw an idea to reset the mp3 player to its original settings but I am still trying to figure out how to do that.

hehe. mine had the same thing. exact same. no lie. i think it means you have a virus on it. im not 100% percent sure though so dont destroy it just yet.
have you tried putting it into recovery mode? to do this simply plug it into your computer, then push the hold button so the orange is showing. Next, you want to push AND hold the record button AND the power button at the same time. After a few seconds it should reset to factory settings. i hope it works for you. i haven't had time to fix mine yet becuase i lost the cable that plugs into your computer =p cant do it without it!

My INEXT INT712 player is not switched on, though battery fully charged . Not even recognised by computer when connected through USB. It is recently purchased 1 month back. Just worked for one day.
