Weird notice on sansa e200 player

Hello, i'm having problems with my sansa player. it is refurbished. i loaded music onto it but then it wouldn't show up once unplugged from the computer. everytime i turn my sansa on a notice comes up that says "not enough space for music DB. please free 6MB." however, i do not understand this because after seeing this notice i deleted everything off of it trying to free space, but the notice is still there. i tried loading some songs back on but again the notice would come up and it would say i had zero songs on my player. how can i fix this. or what does it even mean??
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sandisk c150 2.0 GB mps player says it has no music on now and comes up this two opening screens that say, "MTP DB mismatch format?" and "no space for DB please delete more than .4 DB.

    What do i do?
I saw an idea to reset the mp3 player to its original settings but I am still trying to figure out how to do that.

Hehe. mine had the same thing. exact same. no lie. i think it means you have a virus on it. im not 100% percent sure though so dont destroy it just yet.

have you tried putting it into recovery mode? to do this simply plug it into your computer, then push the hold button so the orange is showing. Next, you want to push AND hold the record button AND the power button at the same time. After a few seconds it should reset to factory settings. i hope it works for you. i haven't had time to fix mine yet becuase i lost the cable that plugs into your computer =p cant do it without it!

I have a Sansa e250 but i lost the cd with the software on it. I forgot how to put music onto it, do i have to convert it first? Please help!

Hello,

All support for Sansa e200 players can be found here:
http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4487/session/L3NpZC92WmxVWmRZag%3D%3D/sno/0#e200
Music transfers can be done, connected with the provided USB cable in 2 modes:

MTP = Media Transfer Protocol, when using a software program or Windows Media Player (10 or higher). In WMP10 or 11 select Library or Sync to create playlists and synchronize the playlists with the player.

MSC = Mass Storage Class, when using Windows explorer, viewing the player as a removable disk. Perform "copy and paste" or "drag and drop" actions onto the external USB device (drive letter memory with 2GB capacity).

For pictures and video use software program Sansa Media Converter on the computer. After conversion in SMC transfer media onto the player.

You can copy the music from the computer to the Player My Computer\Sansa e200...\music or to a micro sd-card.

Download user manual SanDisk e200 series.

Uhm instructions such as like adding music and deleteing
1.To add music you have to have a Media Player and the Usb cord to connect to it. You must drag songs from the Media Player to the right side of the Media Player and then click Ready to Sync
2.To delete music go to My Computer then find the mp3 then it's common sense from there.

My songs show up in music folder on the drive, but not on the actual player.

Backup the songs on the player, delete them from it and load them back on. This should build the song lists back up.

Sansa e200 wont load music

Check if the player is in Autodetect/MTP then try retransferring the songs on the player. And before unplugging the player from the computer check if the files are transferred to the player click on the sansa e200 player on the left window to check if it had really transfferred the songs to the player. If it still wont work, try trasnferring songs using windows media player.
