Question about ValuSoft Print Workshop 2003 for PC

1 Answer

Using correct Avery card number that is not listed in program.

I recently purchased the Print workshop 2008. I am unable to figure out which Avery template is compatible with #8315 card stock I purchased. Please advise which Avery number for the 2 cards per sheet 41/2x5/12 would work.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi I am trying to print labels. Avery #05161 and business cards Avery8371TM or 5371TM. I am using Microsoft Office and there do not seem to be any relevant numbers. I have gone under labels. Help Thanks

You can use a different template for either the labels or the business cards, just make sure the labels you choose are the same size as the avery 05161 & the business cards are the same paper eg: glossy etc. The other thing you can do is go to avery.com & download the correct templates.

I hope this helps you

How do you type and print Avery labels 74520? I have lost the instructions which came with the labels.

This can be done with settings through your word processing program. Assuming you are using Word:

Microsoft Word 2007
The newest version of Microsoft® Word now includes hundreds of Avery Templates for labels, business cards, dividers and more.

Find Avery Templates by selecting the Mailing tab at the top of the Microsoft® Office Word screen. Just choose Create > Labels > Options > Avery US Letter, then choose your template by selecting the correct Avery Product Code.

Access Pre-Designed Avery Templates that are available from Office Online by selecting the round Office button at the top left of the screen, selecting New and then choosing the Avery product type. Pre-designed templates for Avery business cards, greeting cards, dividers, labels, note cards and postcards are available.

Avery Wizard for Microsoft Office is a free download which inlcudes step-by-step instructions to format Avery labels. Trust this is helpful. :)

I recently bought ''Print Workshop 2008'' at Staples for a great price....no instructions included. Is this correct? How do I operate it without instructions? Can you send me instructions?

Hello,

Open the program, Look for help menu on the tool bar, or even Press F1.
You can go to their website and look for some tutorials.

Hope it helps.

Printer problem

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

I have an HP3200 series all-in-one printer, and I am trying, unsucessfully, to print Avery Brand #3268 notecards on it, using my own photos. The Avery type is on my Scrapbooking program, but all I get...

Today's printers are a lot smarter. I am guessing that you have a HP Laserjet 3200 All-in-One device.
If this is correct, the Avery Label #3268 is for Inkjet printers. If you are using the template from Avery and maybe their software, it maybe looking for an inkjet printer and therefore not sending the correct codes to the printer to print the notecards. (Looking for inkjet and finds a laserjet.)

I would I also recommend going to support.hp.com and look for and download the PCL-based printer driver for the HP Laserjet 3200 printer. If you can get the the HP PN (Part Number) and the HP SN (Serial Number), I can get more detailed information for you. Let me know what happens.

Label is printing but it is dispensing 4 extra blank labels.

If you are using Avery labels or an euquivalent. Go to avery.com and download and install the labelmaking program. If you are using Microsoft Office software it should integrate into it as well.

Select the correct form from the label making program and the blank labels should go away if there is something to print on them.
