Hi. We've just had the same problem with our toner sensor error. However, replaced with a new toner and checked the blue handle, but problem still occurs. Can you please help?

Have you checked the transfer belt that the blue buttons are locked proply the could have moved when you put the new drum in.
the drum and the toner cartridge were placed into the machine together and the blue handle is locked.
the sensor error happen to me because i replaced the belt and i didn't lock the buttons correctly that solved my sensor error.
