yes i had the same problem on my oki 5600.

    2 things to check

    1. i changed the belt and the blue buttons on the belt was not locked properly causing the toner sensor error. The problem is now solved.

    2. make sure when you replace the toner that the blue handle is locked properly.

Have you checked the transfer belt that the blue buttons are locked proply the could have moved when you put the new drum in.
the drum and the toner cartridge were placed into the machine together and the blue handle is locked.

the sensor error happen to me because i replaced the belt and i didn't lock the buttons correctly that solved my sensor error.

After replacing a bad drum and toner cartridge, I'm receiving a 543: K Toner Sensor Error. It won't go away, we can't print :)

So i know its not a starter cartridge, and i've 'utilized' OKI's site for all its worth. Was hoping someone knew a possible solution. Thanks!

How to clean error 000024-01 in canon 2270

E024-0001 Error Code:

Toner gets in the developing assembly toner sensor (TS1) and may be shorting out the sensor. Blow out any toner in the sensor wiring and check to see if measure resolved the symptom. The toner level sensor has an open-circuit, replace the toner sensor.
Toner Sensor FK2-0358

However, re-attachment of the sensor also solves the symptom.

When the symptom has occurred, make the following selections in service mode [COPIER > I/O > DC-CON] and check the setting for the bit1 of [P021]. If the setting is "1", re-attach the toner sensor.

Error E00024-01

Hello,
this error stands for toner sensor fault or disconnected connector on toner assy or on dc controller.

You need to check the sensor on toner hopper, on toner station and on dc controller. after reconnection of mentioned things, if the error is still there you need to replace the toner detection sensor on toner/developing assy.

Hope that helps!

For service manual, if you gonna to try and fix it by yourself, you can write me on emma.servis@gmail.com.

Error 000020-000 in photocopier iR3025/3028

These is error code related to toner station trouble. It could be toner sensor fault, broken parts in toner hopper,...
the book says:
E020 The path between the sub hopper and the developing assembly is clogged with toner.
0000 The developing assembly toner sensor detects the
absence of toner, while the sub hopper toner
sensor detects the presence of toner. With the
developing clutch turned on, the hopper
feedscrew motor is rotated for 1 sec intermittently
194 times; still, the developing assembly toner
sensor does not detect the presence of toner.
Replace the developing assembly toner sensor.
Replace the sub hopper toner sensor. Replace the DC
control PCB

Hi moneybaggz52:
Here is your problem.
Symptom:
When setting up a brand new C5100n or C5300n out of box, a toner sensor error is encountered.

2. The Transfer Belt lock levers are not in the correct position.
Resolution:

Check the appropriate toner cartridge lock lever (Shown below) and make sure that it is in the correct position.

Fatal error 163

Fatal Error 161-Toner Sensor Error, Color:Magenta
When magenta toner sensor error has occurred

Fatal Error 163-Toner Sensor Error, Color:Black
When magenta toner sensor error has occurred

Both are Sensor errors....You would first check the lock levers that hold the toner cartridges in, if everything is fine with them then you could possible have toner dust on the sensors. First take out the cartridge that you are having problems with, then use a dust off can and carefully clean out any axcess toner that you can see where the toner sits. there is a sensor that looks like a clear plastic or glass eye that reads the cartridges and it sometimes gets dirty.
