If you have Digital controls first check your fuses. Then if they are OK the blower controller is bad. This part is under the hood in the ductwork.
It sticks out of the firewall and usually is behind the engine where a heater hose comes out of the intake manifold. It has 2 screws and 1 electric connector. The only good thing about the whole deal is "When you can get the electric connector off the old part you can attach it to the new part to see if it works".
You can turn on the blower and the fan will work if the controller was the problem. You do not need to start the engine. Then you finish the repair. Most likely the heater hose will have to be moved temporarily and then you can get to the screws and switch the parts.
My best price was $20 at a Salvage yard. Expect much more for a new part and usually $50 for most used parts.
