Removal & Installation
On some vehicles, such as this 1998 model, remove the upper fan mounting bolts
Unfasten the upper radiator panel fasteners, then remove the panel
CAUTION
When draining the coolant, keep in mind that cats and dogs are attracted by ethylene glycol antifreeze, and are quite likely to drink any that is left in an uncovered container or in puddles on the ground. This will prove fatal in sufficient quantity. Always drain the coolant into a sealable container. Coolant should be reused unless it is contaminated or several years old. To avoid being burned, do NOT remove the thermostat housing cap while the engine is at normal operating temperature. The cooling system will release scalding fluid and steam under pressure if the cap is removed while the engine is still hot.

To install:
Install the radiator in the vehicle. Make sure the bottom of the radiator is properly seated in the lower pads.
If equipped, install the radiator-to-radiator support attaching clamp and bolts, then tighten to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
If equipped with an automatic transaxle, connect the transaxle cooler lines. Use a flare nut wrench to tighten the lines to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm).
Install the upper radiator panel. Tighten the retainers to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
Connect the radiator hoses to the radiator and the coolant reservoir hose to the radiator filler neck.
Install the cooling fan assembly and tighten the fan attaching bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm). Attach the electrical connector(s).
Connect the negative battery cable.
Fill cooling system and check for leaks. Start the engine and allow to come to normal operating emperature. Recheck for leaks and refill as necessary.

It sounds like your fans and sensors are workong like they should. The sensors work on temperature and should signal your fans to turn on between 109 and 200. They will stay running until the temperature drops back to that temp. You need to find out why your engine is runing warm, 210 is too high as a running temp. Make sure the cooling system isn't low on coolant first. If you still have the original radiator, it might be a good idea to have it flushed to clean out accumulated corrosion and **** . A "reverse flush" is the best. Your thermostat may be sticking if it's original. It has to come out for a reverse flush so make sure they replace it if you do that. It could be a collapsed hose. None of these things are overly expensive to repair but should be considered. I would try these first. Hope this helps.
