Question about Crock Pots & Slow Cookers
My removable stoneware cooker has a crack in the bottom. It is not still under warranty and I am looking for a replacement crock.
Contact Rival. They had a huge recall of 2.6 million of their slow cookers--mostly the handles breaking off and burning consumers, but also the crocks cracking. I never heard about the recall until I discovered both of my Rival slow cooker crocks were cracked and I googled them.

I have looked everywhere and can't find a specific replacement for your crock.
The only recommendation I have at this point is to contact Rival. They have a customer service email that you can send them a message through their Help menu.
I sent them a message asking about a replacement for your crock specifically but they wanted more information than I had to give them (something about a number on the bottom of the crock pot).
Give that a try and perhaps they can get you a replacement?
