Go to system restore and set the computer back to the day before the problem started...try that and let me know if it solves your problem:)

install the latest BIOS and latest wireless drivers for this issue
from the http://support.dell.com
still if the problem persist call dell support and inform the issue they will replace the wireless card

please update the wireless drivers fromo the support website that is www.support.dell.com and also update the latest version of bios, check for the setting with router , if still dosent connect,
