Good afternoon, At your convenience could you please tell me of some items/things I can check on my DVD to make it work? I purchased a Cyberhome MiniDVD Player with Progressive Scan (CH-DVD 300) around 06/2006. I still have the receipt. For the past six or seven months it has not been showing a picture. I can hear the sound fine but there is no picture. It is not the TV because every other channel shows well as it has always done. I took the DVD Player to the Walmart Customer Service department where I purchased it and they suggested I contact the manufacturer. Please make some suggestions as to how I can fix this issue. If you need me to give you the model and serial numbers please let me know. Thanks and have a good day. Keith T. Grimes Sr.

Re: No picture, but can hear sound
Check the cable on the dvd and tv be sure its properly connected or try using a different cable. also if it has an s-video out use a cable for that and connect it to the video in socket of your tv. if it didnt work there is an internal issue on your player.

Hold down the stop button for 5 sec on your dvd player not the one on the remote control

I understand your Frigidaire washer, model# FAHE4044mw0, shakes in the spin cycle, even after making sure your appliance is leveled. I also see that this occurs with small loads. Please make sure that your load is evenly distributed. If not, stop your washer and redistribute the load. Also make sure that the load is not too small. Try adding 1 or 2 similar items to even out the load. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.
I understand that your Frigidaire washer, model# LTF2140ES0, will not spin. To try and resolve your washer not spinning, please try the following:
1)Check your washer door and make sure it is completely closed.
2)Check your dispenser drawer and make sure it is completely closed.
3)Your load might be too small. Add 1 or 2 similar items to help balance the load.
If the above does not work, I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Turn the power back on and try any cycle. I understand that you are hearing a loud airplane sound, intermittently coming from the ice maker, on your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FRS3R5EMB. You will hear a buzzing sound as the water valve opens to fill the ice maker during each cycle. I suggest resetting your refrigerator, by either unplugging it or shutting the power of at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and try getting ice out of the dispenser. To tell you the truth, unless you have a high end unit it would be cheaper to just pick up a Sony DVD player at Walmart for $20, they have good picture and sound. But if you do have a high end you will have to go to the website for the manufacturer and type in what the exact model is and order the part which can range anywhere for $5 to $50. Like I said though it would probably be cheaper and more convenient to pick up a new one. Hope this helps:)
