When i start up my computer it goes straight to boot manager and gives an error code file\ windows\ system32 \ winload exe,,, status 0XC000000F file missing or corrupt, what is the issue please, system is...

The problem you have is with the system boot files. There is a corrupt file and that is stopping the system from booting.
Press F8 as the system starts up, that will let you into the special boot menu and hopefully will give you the option of repairing your system. The timing can be quite tricky as there is only a very short time window. Trying a few times should get it.
Hope that helps.

System32.

I'd try to insert my Windows dvd, boot from it and try to repair the installation. If thatdoesn't work, try to backup any data you want if Windows still lauches, and else you will have to reinstall Windows, I'm sorry.

I hope this helps,
Yannick.
