Record to dvd

I need help.I change from direct dish to at&t u-verse. I can no longer record to my dvd burner. When I try to record I Get a message that says. CANNOT RECORD IN VIDEO MODE. COPY IMAGE ONCE ONLY.So I call verse they toldme toaks sunsui for help.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
