Hi, when you try to call and you don't hear a dial tone,is because the ear piece that makes you hear some one calls you is damaged and will need to be replaced.
Usually gets damaged by itself and to replace the earpiece, you will need to disassemble the phone to be able to replace the hear piece.
The earpiece is located atthe top head of all phones. And is easily to locate. When you replace the earpiece you cannowhear the dial tone on your phone.
this is either because you have completely reduced the volume at which you hear whoever you are talking to or your speaker is faulty.if you are able to hear whoever you are talking to clearly after the person picks up then there is no problem with your speaker but if not that could be it. secondly, you can try using an earpiece and see if it works(ensure the earpiece is working too) if you can hear the person too,i suggest you go thru the phone for any settings have to do with dialling tone(if it has any) or you contact your network provider.hope this helped?
The problem with your phone
is that the earpiece on your
phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear
anything while you call.
All you need to do is to replace the
earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you
are talking to on your phone.
Change the earpiece on your phone
and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep
using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.
Hello, what makes a phone's keypad, no dial tones, and earpiece not to function is the flex of the phone.
The flex of the phone controls the three element. The flex is a thread like object inside the phone that enable the screen to display and also control those three elements.
GO TO UR SIM OPTION > ROMING > NATIONAL > UPDATE UR SIM CARD > PHONE WILL BE RESTART > REMOVE UR BATTRY AND SIM CARD > AFTER 5 MIN. PUT UR SIM IN TO UR MOBILE AND SWITCH ON UR MOBILE. 2ND > GO TO SETTING > RESTORE COMPANY SETTING.
I Think There maybe a problem with the internal speakers.does anyother sound work or is it just the dialing tone and voices?
if its just dialing & voices check in the call menu that sound IS NOT muted. This may solve the problem.
if no sound works at all, maybe its is damaged but you havent noticed? Take it back to the shop you bought it from and tell them about the problem, afterall a phone that you cant ring people on is usless! Or ring your network provider to see if it may be repairable under warrenty.
