Do you have more than one browser on the affected computer? If so , try
in the other browser (If not I suggest you get Firefox at

Probably the most common cause of your type of problem is a corrupted temp page or cookie.
So in IE go to tools/ internet options/ general / temp internet files
Click delete files / delete all offline content.
For the cookies , if you do not have any customized sites, click on
delete cookies. Otherwise, click on settings/ view files and delete the
cookie for that site.
If you have used auto complete to log in , it is possible that the auto complete became corrupted. Unfortunately in IE you cannot just edit
specific sites as you can in Firefox.
Go to tools / internet options/ content/ personal information/ auto complete /
Click on clear passwords.
Please rate me if this solution works for you
Thanks......Have a great time.
