Digital mp4 player didn't open and charge.

Check the setting in the MP4 player and make sure "mass storage" is enabled

maybe your mp4 player is switching off... try to turn on...

my mp4 with loud speakers. when i switch on the mp4 it is always loading and not going to its menu.. can someone help me please ...

if it only works using USB most probably you have problem with:

1) Rechargeable battery inside have a loose connection
2) defective or malfunctioning rechargeable battery.

this problem occurs normally to those china brands MP3/MP4 players

change the firmware is best way to tackle this problem

open your mp4 and read every no.- digits carefully and then download firmware........... be carefull firmware should be same as your mp4

still need to charge it than install it

I think u should try to press the button softly.. and release it softly.. else try formating the player...!!! Give me a fixya buddy...!!!
