Check your charging voltage. It should not be any higher than 14v (even that is high if it does not drop) If it's high, check the regulator in the alternator and make sure you have a good ground to the engine and even if necessary to the alternator itself.
If the coil is still giving you problems after correcting any alternator problems you can add a chrysler type ballast resistor to the power line to the coil. That should lower the voltage enough to keep it from burning out.

I really doubt this is the coil, u are mis diagnosing this. for one what ignition fault codes did u have for this problem??
