When I try to take a photo indoor with the flash turned off, the picture is blurry. How do I fix it so that my photos are not blurry any more?

Since there is less light, the camera leaves the shutter open for a longer time....plenty of time for you to move the camera slightly enough to blur the pictures. Here are some suggestions: 1. If the camera has some version of "shake control" or "image stabilization", turn it on. 2. Set the ISO to a higher number. 3. Turn on more lights inside if possible. 4. Use a tripod or set the camera on a firm surface.

Recenlty I started to get blurry photos. I should say only what is moving is blurry. For example at my granddaughter's birthday party, when she is reading her birthday card, he card and her hand only...

the shutter speed is too slow, perhaps you need to switch your camera to "auto", or if you like the manual control try 1/125 of a sec, that should do it.

2 problems. I have the Coolpix L100. Sometimes my photos are blurry and also. there is a delay when I snap a photo which isnt good when trying to get action photos.

With autofocus digital cameras, blurred photos are almost always a result of camera shake. You need to hold the camera still even after pressing the button, as there is often a short delay before the shutter fires.

Many digital cameras have a two-stage shutter press- first pressure causes the camera to focus, then the follow through pressure takes the picture. If you are rushing this, you may get unfocussed shots.

If you take lots of action pictures, you will have to work on a technique of partially pressing the shutter to get focus in anticipation of the shot (perhaps focussing on where the action will occur), then holding it part-pressed until the moment you want to capture. This is really no more of a problem than setting an anticipatory focus on a manual focussing film camera use to be. Some more complex digital cameras will allow you to turn off auto focus and focus manually.

Hi There,
Some of the reasons why you are not able to view some of you fotos quickly as others may be because:
> Some foto qualities are higher than others and require a few minutes to adjust to this setting.
> Some fones automatically go back into normal mode after use and adjusting zoom/camera functions requires foto to adjust to new mode and screen size.
>Some fones change foto format to suit foto quality etc.

Its slow to take photo>>when i press cam button it stop photo then when it make preview i see different photo

since its an 8megapixel camera on a phone its takes a while for it to process the foto. you shouldnt move the phone while it processing otherwise u will get either a blurry picture or somethign else. if u want the phone to take faster photos try decrease the resolution for the photos.

Blurry photos, delay in capture

These Sony cameras including T70, T100, T200, T300 all have the same problem. There is a little black circular plastic piece in the lens that comes off the place where it is supposed to be. The piece moves around inside the lens and the focusing element can't freely move under the pull of the spring and the lens can't focus anymore. This happens after a good shake. Lens may stop focusing if dust gets in the focusing elements gear. This happens often if you put your camera in a dusty pocket, bag, purse etc.

Sony DSC F717 blurry photos

I may have a partial solution but I have to ask a question before answering yours. Is the problem occurring when the camera is in auto-focus or manual focus? To reset the camera to factory settings, open the battery door and, using a pointed object, press the small button marked reset.

To download a .pdf version of the user manual, go to the Sony website below:

http://www.docs.sony.com/release/DSCF717revision.pdf

I did notice an article that mentioned a problem with the AF (auto focus) assist. I believe you can contact support on the Sony website to check for this particular problem.

Taking faster photos

The time delay is caused due to the time taken to focus. and the blurriness is caused by slow shutter speed which gets adjusted by the amount of light recieved by the camera light sensor.
