Not all pages come through

Only the cover page/pages come through on our HP Laser Jet 3055

It seems that only the first couple of pages come in to the fax machine. This machine is not on our office premises but at a satellite office so it's hard for me to give you much additional information. If I can get more detail I'll send it on. Thanks!

I need to know if this is from the printer side or faxing. need more detail. thanx

2 Thing. First clean the feed rollers in the ADF ( automatic doc feeder) and then you will see a small rubber pad underneath the rollers. That is a paper separation pad. Clean that as well. Sometimes when that pad is worn the adf will feed 2 or 3 pages at once. try that and let me know. keep well, Udo

Hi, when I scan a document through the feeder in the top of my laser jet 3055 it creates individual pdf's for each page. I know it is possible to have one pdf for the entire document but not sure...

Yes, it is possible, all you need to do is one of two things:

One is use the feeder, that inherently knows multiple copies.

Or use the HP scanner software, (installed on each computer) and add a page.

One detail to watch is the size of the file. it gets quite large easily and certainly with multiple pages.....meaning you cannot e-mail the file sometimes...

Reset your output resolution for your document in the 100 to 150 range. Higher resolutions may be needed for some documents, but not most. This keeps the file size usable with a smaller file size.

Yes you can print, fax & scan with HP Laser jet All-in-one through LAN port (wired or wireless). Un-install and re-Install driver and Check "Extended Capabilities" when prompted.
