Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
My Razr screen just stopped working. The phone powers on, but no display. The small display on the front of the phone when closed still lights up.
My sister had the same problem with her Razr.
There was nothing she could do herself. She had to return it to the telephone company where she got it. I beleive they sent it to Motorola. It seems to be a pretty common issue. It's hardware related though.
I understand this is not the answer you are hoping for when posting a premium question. I just want to help you, don't rate me if it's not deserved.
I hope this helped you out (a bit).

Hi, Same problem as others are having. Check the Sep 30th solution that I submitted regarding opening the phone and sqweezing just to the left of the camera lens between the vol up/down and the lens The ribbon cable comes loose in that area, this technique usually restores operation to normal. Good luck.

in the top right corner you are suppose to have a little circular magnet that changes the screen when the phone is open or closed. I just changed my housing yesterday and took the magnet out and put it in my new housing but for some reason i have the same problem as you. so maybe you lost the magnet when you replaced the lcd and if that is the case then you are screwed. try have Motorola fix it, don't tell them you replaced the lcd
