1. You can contact dell.
2. You can try to shop for a new battery from ebay for examble. Your going to need instructions for removeing and installing the new battery if you want to do it yourself. Google for Dell Axim x3 battery replacement guide or similiar.

The only place you can get this watch type battery with terminals attached is from the UK. Go to CPC.farnell.com The battery you need is made by Varta, the part number is 55902201012.
You can E-Mail ( sales@cpc.com.uk ) or ( Kayley.Davenport@cpc.co.uk ) They can give you a price. You will have to set up an account before you can order it. Then you have to E-transfer the money and they will ship it. It's about $9.00 each. + shipping. I didn't by one. decided not to fix my pda even though that's all that's wrong with it.

I have 50% solution on the problem. The tiny small round batteri is loctated next ti the main on/off switch, inside. You have to open the box and try to open the back cover so you can get out the round rubber witch conteins the small batteri. It is the size of a 5mm in diameter. I still do not now were to get a new.
