NEC NLT-26HDB3 monitor driver

Maybe the frequency of the monitor is not supported, try changing monitor frequency from 75Hz to 60Hz,
Screen Resolution > Advanced Settings > Monitor Tab > Screen Refresh Rate.
If this doesn't work try installing new drivers,

How to increase screen resolution from 800x600 to 1366x768

You need to get the correct video drivers for your Graphics card or on-board graphics chip. Just go to the support site of the graphics card or if it's on-board video go to the support site of the motherboard to get the proper drivers. Once the correct drivers are installed, you will be able to increase the resolution.

If it's not available on your PC, then find one that will work. You will need to look at the book for your TV to see what it does support and look for one in your PC that is in the list.

Lcd screen of AT3201W is 1366x768. but i m unable to set the same. (now using 1024 x768) please help how can i set the resolution to 1366x768

The problem is the displayadapter.

You could try to find the newer driver - If You could give more specific info what it is and the Operating system too - I could let you know more about it.

In very many cases You need to replace the hardware, because older display adapters (Integrated or not) cannot support wide screen resolutions.

Have bought Dell Inspiron 15 R N 5010. But the picture quality is really poor even after 512 mb graphic card. What to do.

Try increasing the screen resolution to maximum and colour quality to higher available. See whether proper driver has been loaded. If yes try reloading it and restart and check it

Dual screen mode? You mean dual monitor mode?
But anyways, the maximum resolution that you can obtain on your Pavilion dv6t is 1366x768 unless you attach an external monitor. Even then, only the external monitor can go above 1366x768 resolution. You're laptop screen will remain at 1366x768 max.

Can not get the correct resolution for my monitor 1366x768 do I need a new video card

Not all video cards support all resolutions, and as yours is a fairly old PC the onboard Via Unichrome graphics adaptor probably doesn't support WXGA resolutions. Most, if not all, current AGP cards will do what you want.

PC input

output resolution is different from supported input resolution you need to check in the manual which resolutions are supported. the 1366x768 is the screen output or what it scales the supported resolutions to for the screen output. as eg: 480i low resolution gets scaled (to the best of it's ability) to the output resolution 1366x768. altho the scaling isn't smooth it displays all pixels. the more information the set recieves the better the scaling.
