Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi all. I have pretty new black and color cartridges in my HP 6210, but
no matter what, the lowest part of every line in a text doc won't
print. For instance, with every letter that goes underneath the line --
g, y, p, etc. -- the lower third of the letter won't print. Anyone have
an idea? You can also e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks so
much for any help.
Even though your cartridges are newish it sounds like some of the nozzles are blocked. If you go through the menus on your printer and hp driver on your machine and try to find something like a nozzle check (all inkjets have them) and see if the graph prints out perfectly. If there are any gaps (particularly at the bottom) then you have blocked nozzles. These can be fixed usually by running a few printhead cleans which can usually be found in the same menu as the nozzle check.
