Am trying to reinstall the audio driver for my Toshiba L20,
downloaded the driver from Toshiba support website,
however, during installation, an error message appears saying it can't locate the file name 'ALCXWDM.SYS', therefore was not able to install the driver successfully.
Please explain where I can download the full and complete driver to reinstall the audio driver.

Re: Toshiba L20 audio driver
You ned to locate the driver from your start-program-run & then write the file name. IF the file found by computer notice that the file is on the drive which the O/S installed. If computer are not able to find it try to upgrate your O/S. Be sure that your O/s is support the driver.

1. Go to http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=Download 2. Select your laptop make and model in the pull-down boxes. 3. Press go and it should take you to the page containing all the drivers for your machine. The sound card driver should be about the fourth one down. 4. Click the driver underneath the title column and click download on the next page. To save time, I copied and pasted the exact link below so you can bookmark it. Hope this helps!
