- Its my I pod so iknow so much about this and i also face the problems . And that suggestion which gived me is almost unsuccessful.I am not going to compete anyone but i want to solve my problems.

don,t keep for mating it or you will shorten the life span of your internal hard drive if there nothing to format id use a nother program ie winamp or itunes
