All lights went out in my refrigerator/freezer (by 4 users)
I have a Viking side by side refrigerator/freezer (built in 42" x 24") and as I was putting groceries away all the lights in both the freezer and refrigerator went out, an alarm started beeping, and an orange light started to flash in the display panel. The appliance seems to be working fine with the exception of the lights. I though maybe it had gone into sabbath mode accidentally but when I pushed the control buttons that are necessary to do that I found that wasn't the problem.
Any suggestions???

I don't have a model # since we bought the house with the refrigerator built in already. I think it's about 3 - 4 years old.

Went away for 24 hrs. We had a storm and lost power for a short time. When we came home the alarm was activated on the refrig. We reset it and realized the frig and freezer were not working. The interior lights work bu nothing else. The temp panel is out also. What do I do? Is there a reset button? The breaker did not trip and it is getting power because the lights inside are working.

I would like to know who do I contact to have a general recall issued on the Viking Refrigerator ??- freezes all my expensive food - cracks in the vinyl inside door - drawers and plastic parts break with out misusing- leaks underneath the refrigerator - stainless steel handles peel an yes the lights go out for no reason- for an appliance that costs so much the 48" designer series Viking is nothing but problems - I'm tired of taking time off work, when I can get a repairman out to my home only to try to correct the same problem over and over again - have had 11 service calls in 2 1/2 years -
