Problem with rca rt2500 and dolby surround please...

i bought it two days ago everything work except my dolby digital,i've try my
xbox and dvd in both  dvd and satellite connection and both refuse to play
in 6 channel(dolby 5.1) they work fine in pro logic or stereo but for the
dolby digital Nothing!!!
please help!!!!

ps:my movies was all in dolby 5.1(terminator 2,driven,little nicky,toy
storie 1 and 2) none of them work in 6 channel...

could it be my dolby decoder in my receiver who is fulty???
I have the same problem.

There may be nothing defective at all - make sure everything is properly
selected via front panel or remote control options. For example, the CD
input could be set to analog, and if you were using the coax digital input -
no sound.
