I just had my Bosch washer and dryer moved....care taken in move ie stabilizers in place and removed, leveled.... Drum in spin cycle now does not work well...washer all over the place. Any recommendations?

we have all the problems <noise , smell, cracks and vibrations, The thing is a real piece!

Our bosch washer is suddenly bouncing and jumping as it is unbalanced. It attempt to readjust load and eventually gets the spin done correctly. There is obviously something out of whack. The fix-it man claims everything looks good, the springs and shocks. We can only guess that maybe the shocks are warn on the inside. Any ideas? Anyone with a line on a bosch tech bible? They must exist. Mahalo, Ellen
