Fan is not turning on

Hi there,

We have a Living Air Classic XL-15 and cannot get the fan to turn on. The green light is on inside, the fuse seems fine, the filter is pretty clean, the plate is clean.

I replaced the connector on broken red wire that was connected to the post labeled "caution high voltage." Yet the fan still won't turn on.

Can you offer any assistance? Thank you!!! Lignt is on, fan not working. Disassembled unit, removed and tested fan. Fan works ok. Any ideas?
