guys plz i really need to take this pictures out of the camara...i downloaded all the drivers and the pictures still don't go from the camara to the pc and im so tired ive tried everything...plz help...

- its a 3.0 mega pixels digital camara...a dxg 308...by the way i cant use another usb because this camara uses a very special one and ive tried erasing the driver and seeing if the computer downloads it but nop...plz plz help...and thank u so much...

- the usb has two ends..the one that connects to the pc and the one that connects to the camara...the camara;s end is thinner and smaller then any other usb because is especially made for this kind of camara...i tried removing all software and when its doing the scanner/camara wizard it just says that it cant find any matching software....(AFTER IT SEARCHES AND EVERYTHING)please please don't give up on this problem and help me out please!!

jackboy-well I can tell you as someone that is trying to help a friend with one of these cameras your advice will not work-tried that -tried adding the driver with cd,nothing has worked so far

alright the end of the usb that connects to the computer is the same but the other end is smaller and thinner because is only for this camara...i did erase every software that came with the camara and when window is doing the scanner/camara wizard it says get from a cd or search w.e...i have tried both...first i tried it searching and it says that it can't find any matching results and then i tried the cd and the same results come out...please please help me out...

You text does not read true.
You are connecting to a Windows PC I assume
The camera plugs to a USB - what is special about it?
Remove all software associated with the camera.
Now plug the camera in and set it to upload.
Windows will put of the Scanner/Camera Wizard.
Let Windows do the work
