1) Get connected to belkin's wireless network or wired network
2) Once you get connected, it may not be able to go online on XBox Live
3) Go to any computer that is going online with the router
4) Type in 192.168.2.1 in the address bar of your Internet explorer
5) This will open up router interface(here we have to do some settings)
6) In the left hand side column, click on FIREWALL.
7) Leave the password blank in login page and disable the FIREWALL. Click on Apply Changes.
8) Under FIREWALL(in the left hand side column), click on DMZ
9) Make a "check" on enable and under Private IP: 192.168.2.25. Click on Apply Changes.
10) Now go to Xbox, under network settings, choose IP settings, and select manual configuration
IP: 192.168.2.25
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Router: 192.168.2.1
11) Now select manual configuration for DNS settings.
Primary DNS: 4.2.2.2
Secondary DNS: 4.2.2.1
12) Restart both Belkin and Xbox
13) It should connect to XBox Live now...

It's not the MTU problem any more. Its the router's firewall. To resolve it, you two steps to try. First, try to do port forwarding, you must forward the port for XBOX Live to the router's admin page. I believe the ports are 3074 TCP and UDP, 53 TCP and UDP, 88 TCP and UDP. If that doesn't work, try to just disable the router's firewall itself. One of these steps will surely fix your problem
