It depends on what type of mp3 player you have. Most now a days come with a USB charger that you can plug into your computer to charge/sync data. If you're looking for something to plug into the wall, visit a local RadioShack or BestBuy and look for a USB Power Outlet.
There are two things possible. 1) You have defective re chargeable batteries in your GoGear. 2) There is some short circuit because of which the re chargeable cells are discharging. Either way you should get the system changed. If you want to confirm if its the battery defect or GoGear. Charge the system fully and play music continuously. If the Go Gear plays for about 4 hours with out break---- its not the battery but the charging system.
How long have you owned the unit? Most likely the internal chargeable battery is worn dead. You would need to remove it and replace it. If you need further assistance let me know. Also please rate my solution accordingly. Thank you, Lee
My advise to you is if you have Sandisk Sansa m240 it does not come with a chargeable battery so you cannot charge it,replace it and your problem will go away. I replaced my unit with a rechargeable battery and I have no more battery problems. I charge my batter in a charger when needed.
