I cannot install my webcam (by 2 users)

i bought a webcam last mounth.sad to say,until now i can use it.it was a4 tech.pk-636ma.what will i do to used it.i was tired to install it over and over.kindly help me to solve this problem.

Yaar,i have a problem that i can not install my web cam software..... my product name is "vimicro USB PC camera 301" and my computer cannot find software after installing software by CD rom........please help me..

when asked to install the driver from the cd that comes with it.. it gives an error message that it is missing file on usbvm 303 sys on look 361s .driver missing

ApprenticeHi, Just got through the same problem similar to swright08 and rj777. Most of the files are in
the driver disc itself but you would have to search all the folders, even 98/me folders for the
particular file that windoze cannot find by itself. I've just completed it. Now can use the
A4 Tech Pk-35N Note-Cam already. Hope this will help...

Wiz1 st of all install u r webcam in usb properly...
2.a massage will come on u r comp screen-(new hardware found)
3.now u r comp will ask to install driver....
4.install the cd in drive(cd come with web cam)
5.select automatic installation...
6.after compeation of installation u can use u r web cam....
