I turn the key, hear click click under the dash

This vehicle does not have a distributor , has electronic ignition system . Has coil pack , rectangular box with four plug wires plugged into it . What color wires were they , at the coil pack ? Are these wires going to the connector at the coil pack ? Should have battery + voltage and ground and wires going to the engine computer for control . What did the wires under the dash go to ? What color ? Looking at wiring diagrams to see what all is involved in the starter electrical circuit an the testing should be done , not trying to guess your way through a repair .

When you turn the key to start ,what happens ? The starter does or dosen't engage an spin the engine ?

I turn key it's says nothing ????? What do you want it to say ????
The way to a fix is to learn how it works an test the electrical circuit's using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter . Viewing a wiring diagram to see what is involved in the starter system . Hi. If the click you hear when turning key to crank is from a relay start there. The fact you can hear the click means the ignition barrel is doing something and probably OK.

If you are hearing clicks when you turn the key and if you know where the starter is, get under there and tap it with a hammer. Sounds archaic but when they start to go bad they stick. When you turn the key, the starter acts like the old hand crank you see in movies to spin the engine. When you release the key the starter believes it did its job and goes dormant. Anyway, if you hear clicks when you turn the key and if it starts after hitting it that is likely your problem.

check your battery clean your terminals and check your starter and solenoid for worn or corroded wires

Check battery voltage. If around 12.5 volts or higher, then check starter motor for fault.

(My best guess at this point is a failed starter motor or solenoid)

the starter selenoid is most like bad or you could have a short in the wire to your starter causing heat to build. Heat causes battery to not be able to turn the cars engine. waiting lets the resistance to disapear. and the cycle continues

Check your ignition switch (located on the steering column under the dash) If this is working, you will hear an electronic switch click when you turn the key on - if you do hear it then replace your starter

no starter relay is always at the fuse relay box at the engine compartment. The relay that you hear is the relay for the accessories to turn off the power during starting position.

The humming noise you hear is the fuel pump. It is probably your starter soleniod. If you hear an electric click under the dash near the steering column when you turn the key then the ignition switch is ok and your starter needs to be replaced. This happened to me last month.
