Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
This has happened to some friends of mine also.
I bought it about a year ago and around the time (a year later) I bought it, the charger stopped working.
I tried several chargers on my phone and other RAZR's - but they just won't charge.
1. Is this happening to anyone else?
2. Can I fix this problem?
3. Or should I just get a new charger?
4. Even better, get a new phone?
I am experiencing the same problem. No matter the charger...the phone will not charge...any ideas? The problem is definately in the phone not the charger. My phone was purchased new in 12/06.

I had a similar problem: the battery and charger seemed to work fine (the battery holds a charge if it can get charged), but the phone would not charge when plugged in. On occasion it would start charging in my hand right after plugging it in, but would then stop charging as I put it down on the desk (infuriating). If I got lucky and set it down at just the right angle it would continue charging. Trying to fix the problem, I got a T6 bit and pulled the back off the phone, blew dust out, and removed a large clot of grit from the bearing of a component (I'm not sure what it is) with a swiveling part located right above the charge input. I also cleaned a silver colored electrode-looking thing opposite the piece I just mentioned (when closed these two parts are in contact I think) and removed a large amount of dust from the connection next to said electrode. now my phone charges! doesn't matter what angle it's at.

I think due to over charging your cell s capacitor is gone so it not getting charged...
this repairable by replacing capacitor...
so just visit technician................
