Hi, We have a 42" hslc10668phz

generally when you get a constant green light all is ok. these different lights indicate different problems within the tv. so the pattern of lights you mention suggests there is a fault of some kind (is there a troubleshooting section in your manual)? either way it needs to be looked at.

My rear projection tv comes on and works great for about 10 seconds. then the screan starts turning blue until you cant see the picture but the sound is still perfect. if you look real close you can see...

You did not mention the model but it sounds like you have a DLP unit. If so you need to replace the optical engine. I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r4251975-replace_dlp_light_engine which explains the process and where to get manuals and parts. Let me know if you need more help.

Thanks for using FixYa and for the great rating.

I Can`t switch my headset on, and it stops charging after 20 secs

Move the call control button up or down, the indicator light will flash blue if it's paired or blue and red. If it flashes blue and red you need to pair phone with the headset. the passkey is 0000.

Picture loses all normal color & changes to snowy blues & greens

Not sure what causes it but it can be fixxed by your local repair guy, I just had mine fixxed for under a hundred bucks, he takes the back off and with a tiny screw driver adjust a few screws to near brand new perfect picture.. and it has been good ever since

Did you try to reinitialize? Setup menu go down to the third Setup#1 menu and make sure you click OK to reinitialize. That's what the manual said.
