Frigidaire Gallery Series

Model CGES387CS1 - both the baking and the broiler element wont come on, we checked the circuit breaker and thats ok. Can't visually see a break. We were cooking and then i noticed it wasnt working anymore, no smell, no noise....just silence...lol If one or the other element doesnt work, will both stop working? If there is a fuse, where would i find it? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

MY FRIDGE IS BEEPING AND IS NOT COOL

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand you Frigidaire refrigerator, model# GLHS269ZDB, is beeping and not cooling. Please try resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power, give your appliance 24 hours for the temperatures to stabilize and keep an eye on the temperatures. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

Gas oven long preheat time

Hello Peter, there could be
a number of any one of several underlying causes in why the oven is
experiencing this particular issue:

·
Convection
heating element

·
Thermal cutout

·
Thermal oven
sensor

·
EOC (electronic
oven control)

·
Ignitor,

·
Bake or broil
element

·
All wired
connections

The parts above will need
to be assessed for further evaluation by a technician. Lastly the oven cavity and
insulation should be checked to ensure there are no gaps or damages that will
leak out the heat. At t his time, I would recommend contacting a professional
to assist you further since it is always a good idea to get the appropriate
diagnosis prior to making any unnecessary part replacements.

Fridgidaire Electrolux Professional Series Oven, not preheating

The model number listed in your problem is a refrigerator.  Go to:
http://www.frigidaire.com/manuals.aspx

and enter the model number of your range/oven unit to find the user manual.
On my GE range I only have to press and hold the LOCK button for several seconds (until it beeps) to unlock it.

My smooth top burner will not work

The #1 most likely problem is that you don't have 240 volts to the unit. Your clock and lights will come on but not the burners or the oven elements. Turn off your breaker and then back on. If this doesn't correct the issue...#2 Check your cord and the terminal where it attaches to the stove for a burnt connection, WITH THE POWER OFF!!! #3 Call a technician.
