Model CGES387CS1 - both the baking and the broiler element wont come on, we checked the circuit breaker and thats ok. Can't visually see a break. We were cooking and then i noticed it wasnt working anymore, no smell, no noise....just silence...lol If one or the other element doesnt work, will both stop working? If there is a fuse, where would i find it? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
Not sure what went wrong here, but the email i got back says it is a fridge - as you can see i am talking about a stove. And no it hasnt been solved, but i am sure a repair man will be able to take care of it.

I understand you Frigidaire refrigerator, model# GLHS269ZDB, is beeping and not cooling. Please try resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power, give your appliance 24 hours for the temperatures to stabilize and keep an eye on the temperatures. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hello Peter, there could be a number of any one of several underlying causes in why the oven is experiencing this particular issue:
· Convection heating element
· Thermal cutout
· Thermal oven sensor
· EOC (electronic oven control)
· Bake or broil element
· All wired connections
The parts above will need to be assessed for further evaluation by a technician. Lastly the oven cavity and insulation should be checked to ensure there are no gaps or damages that will leak out the heat. At t his time, I would recommend contacting a professional to assist you further since it is always a good idea to get the appropriate diagnosis prior to making any unnecessary part replacements.
oven is controled by the clock it may be bad . if element is ok ck wiring and connections on back and make sure that both lines are working ( tha t 220 volt art there ) if if so replace the e o c // the clock ..
The #1 most likely problem is that you don't have 240 volts to the unit. Your clock and lights will come on but not the burners or the oven elements. Turn off your breaker and then back on. If this doesn't correct the issue...#2 Check your cord and the terminal where it attaches to the stove for a burnt connection, WITH THE POWER OFF!!! #3 Call a technician.
