Look at the cover, there should be a micro switch on it ( look for a hole, in that hole should be a lever, when pushed it should make a clicking sound) you will need to take it apart and adjust that lever.

Tips for a great answer:
Make sure the printer is on.
Open the printer cover. The print cartridge carrier moves and stops at the
loading position, unless the All-in-One is busy.
Remove both cartridges from the carrier.
Close the printer cover.
Unplug and re-plug the printer into the power outlet to reset it.
When the printer turns on, reinsert one cartridge first.
Close the printer cover and check for any errors.
If no error appears, reinsert the other cartridge. Close the printer cover.
Replace whichever cartridge is causing the error to appear with a new
cartridge. You may also try to insert a different known working cartridge to determine if the cartridge you are currently using is faulty.
