I can't help you with as it is against the law to raise your heat past 106 degrees and with a two degree variable 104 is all you will be able to get it to. The reason they regulate this is due to the fact it is dangerious to go any hotter than that. Sorry.
Hello Alan. You are going to run into a few internal safety devices that will prevent you from doing what you hope to do. You're going to have a problem overriding the temperature. The Consumer Product Safety Commission and other agencies helped our industry in setting into place "high limits" (therefore the use of high limit switches). It's my understanding according to several doctors that water temperatures over 107 F are dangerous for soaking. You can become so relaxed that your body's core temperature rises! Hyper-thermia is just as dangerous as hypothermia.
Our advice to our customers over the years has been, if the water feels even a little hot (not warm), don't go in. We want our customers to have a safe, long life with their hot tub!
The reference values given below are measured between ECM terminal 72 and ground...
When measuring input / output voltage be careful not to use ECM ground terminals. The ECM will enter fail safe mode once a malfunction is detected and the MI will light up.
Usually, P0118 is indicative of a bad temperature sensor, but doesn't
rule out these other possibilities. If you're unsure of how to diagnose a PCM,
do not attempt.
Keep us updated.

hello justaskjoe. thanks for the info and advice. i do realize the Consumer Product Safety Commission has determined that temperatures over 107 F may be unsafe for some. However, i do accept full responsibility for increasing the temp to 110. I have done just this in another hot tub using the Raypak Versa 55K by increasing resistance on the temp sensor circuit. I have not suffered any ill effects because of this change. I am a physician in Northern California and feel i am qualified to choose a temperature that is safe to use. Please help.
